i can play the skrimish mode by using the launcher.it seems stealth bomber upgrade does not work when i promote it to level 3.but it works in level 1 and 2.Also at first i downloaded the latest version(1.5.24) from mod db and unzipped all its content inside zero hour.I played contra and rise of red this way,no problem.But somehow this mod does not work.
